There are over 2000 FedEx Authorized Ship Centers (aka FASC’s) in the US. I was truly delighted and honored to be selected for an interview by the FASC marketing team to provide peer insight into growing our shipping business.
My topic was “Getting customers into the door” and my response was simple: Be yourself, be different, provide outstanding service and an experience that your clients will remember, cherish and come back for time and again.
