Fahim Mojawalla

Fahim is the effervescent Business & Leadership Coach and AYM High Lead for AYM High Consultants, a coaching enterprise he launched with his son Yusuf, wife, best friend, and business partner Seema, mentor and dear friend Steve, and mentor and brother-from-another-mother Marty, in 2024; he and Marty are also Co-Hosts of the MoJo Motivation™ podcast.

AYM High Consultants was created after seeing such a profound and desperate need in the print, shipping, mailbox, and business centers industry for contemporary business coaching and mission focusing. After years of putting their hearts and souls into helping other businesses through countless other channels, AYM High seemed the most natural path forward to focus their coaching and help as many businesses and individuals as possible, both in their specialty industry and outside of it in businesses of all sizes and in all kinds of markets.

Since long before digital marketing was commonplace, Fahim has been a social media mentor known for his love of hashtags. As a “Shipping and Logistics Expert” for wikiHow, he shares his knowledge globally on the widely known “how to” site. He loves what he does and gets genuinely excited when he demonstrates to his clients how to make 21st-century sales and marketing easy, simply by being authentic, appreciative, respectful, responsive, empathetic, collaborative, and all-around awesome. 

Fahim’s pride and joy are his five children. However, Island Ship Center, the #SpaOfShipping, which he runs with Seema and an outstanding team known as the “ISC Family,” is also something he is completely enamored with. What started as a small FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® in 2006 has evolved into a fully functional shipping depot, print shop, small gift boutique, and business center, specializing in personalized guest experiences and motivational splendor.

Island Ship Center is now a FedEx Spotlight Store, chosen as one of the top three FedEx Authorized ShipCenters® (out of 4,600) in the country, as well as a highly prized PRINTING United Spotlight Store. The award-winning business has served as a training center and model in their industry for years and now is also the flagship and training hub for AYM High Consultants, with business owners and managers frequently traveling there to spend time learning systems and best practices… and, of course, to become inspired.

A former Board Chair of the Association of Mail & Business Centers, a national nonprofit organization that guides and binds together independent shipping and mail service businesses to grow and succeed together, Fahim finished his official service in 2023 as the association’s ex officio Director of Motivation and Advisor to the Board. He still advises as needed and loves to inspire fellow AMBC Members with regular articles in the industry-leading trade magazine, MBC Today, and empower others with social media and marketing strategies that they can implement in their own businesses.

Fahim tries to live by the four Ps (Passion, Patience, Persistence, and Politeness) and the four Gs (Grace, Grit, Generosity, and Gratitude). His motto is “Resilient Optimism“ (because “Carpe Diem” was already taken); his emails are frequently signed with the phrase, “With effervescence, gratitude, and optimism.”
