Fahim's Motivational Speech For The Grand Island Rotary Club

Fahim was invited at the end of May to speak to the Grand Island Rotary Club about building a community business through leadership and team building. He talked about seven main tips to success, as mentioned by one of his favorite speakers, Lewis Howes, who also hosts the successful podcast The School of Greatness.

In his talk, Fahim also talked about the importance of being a servant leader and inspiring teams through character building and personal development, something we have both been doing at ISC for several years. Many Rotary members appreciated Fahim's talk and asked for further recommendations about how to advise other fellow small business owners to grow their businesses through the character building traits Fahim mentioned, like passion, patience, persistence, politeness, grit, gratitude, generosity, grace, empathy and collaboration.
