At the end of January, we held a team meeting for our entire Island Ship Center family team members. It was four hours long and we had an amazing guest speaker plus amazing food so our team did not get bored!
We discussed past strategies of our business, December's sales figures, forecast for 2021, character building, personal development, diversification strategies, and much more. Our guest speaker, Sidney Tarver, is an entrepreneur and business leader who is also an ex NFL player. He provided a lot of insight to our team. His entire speech will be uploaded in a future video because it was so good.
