There are times when we receive 1000 packages per day. As a result, we are unable to log in everything the same day. We request 24-48 business hours from the time of receiving your package to logging it into our system. Therefore, if you receive a package here, we may not be able to have it in your hands for at last one or two business days, due to the large amount of packages we receive daily. The best thing to do is to take advantage of our package holding service.

When placing an order online or having the package shipped, use OUR address instead of your address as the SHIP TO address. Email us the tracking # of your package when you find out. When the package arrives, we will contact you to pick it up. We charge $7.50 per package (up to 50 lbs) for this service and we will hold it for you up to 1 week. You don’t have to worry about safety, signature or weather! We are insured for this service too!
