We now provide email receipts for all our drop off guests so you don’t have to deal with paper ones. For many months, we have been testing this feature with our guests and they love it. They don’t have to save their paper receipts because a digital copy is already sent to their inbox within a few hours of dropping off their packages. What’s more, we keep all copies of our clients’ package history for at least seven years. There have been instances when we have been able to retrieve tracking numbers for our guests so that they can receive their valuable credits on their smartphone, furniture and auto part returns, to name just a few.

So go ahead and drop off your prepaid return packages for UPS or FedEx and rest assured the email is on its way. When dropping off for the first time at our location, just make sure we have your correct email and phone number on file so that our system can adequately match up the details with those on the package. Then, get back to your day and finishing all other tasks ahead of schedule. It’s another way for us to assist you in making your returns easy, hassle-free and almost painless!
